Voice over IP (VoIP) is for War Zones

While watching a movie today (Special Forces), I was wondering, what are the gadzets these guys use for communication and the whole transmission system. I was wondering like the old times why the enemy is not able to tune into their frequency and listen to their communication. Well, All thanks to VoIP and Harris

Harris is an OEM which manufacture radio equipments to enable wireless into these war zones and their equipments are capable of carrying data and voice traffic simultaemously and that too hundred times faster than traditional wireless system.

They can use VoIP to send voice and video traffic back and forth and use all kind of encryptions to keep the communication secure, Since this is all real time traffic and by the time some super hacker would be able to decrypt the stream the communitcation would have finished.

Ahhh guys.. Isn't this awesome.

Okie, I found some  information on these products, Hope you would like it.
